As a director at Seiche, Amber weaves together her expertises in civic engagement, strategy, and participatory research to surface authentic learning and people-focused strategies. She previously worked for Seiche (then Fourth Sector Consulting) before attending Yale School of the Environment where her mixed-methods research on health and the environment explored actions of healing and reclamation that call forth dignity. Amber also holds degrees from St. Catherine University and St. Olaf College. She lives in Vermont with her husband and daughter, and is often bicycling or running along dirt roads and mountain trails.
